Antigua and Barbuda Falcons – Important Gate Entry Procedures

The Antigua and Barbuda Falcons wish to inform all fans and patrons attending upcoming Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) matches at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium of important changes to gate entry procedures. In collaboration with stadium management, the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons franchise have implemented revised entry protocols aimed at enhancing safety, improving crowd flow, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable match-day experience for all spectators.

  • Fans with tickets for South Stand: patrons will enter using Gates 5 and 6
  • Fans with tickets for North Stand and Grounds: will enter using Gate 16 (the northern end)
  • Gates opening: Stadium gates will now open two hours prior to match to allow for early crowd movement and reduce congestion
  • Bag checks: all bags will be subject to mandatory screening. Patrons are advised not to bring prohibited items
  • No re-entry policy: once inside, fans will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium
  • No coolers allowed: large cooler boxes are not permitted at the stadium

Jeff Miller, CEO of the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons, explained: “We are committed to making every game a safe and enjoyable experience. These features are designed to ensure fans can enter the venue comfortably and enjoy top-quality cricket at our world-class venue in a safe and secure environment.”

Miller added: “We have seen very good tickets sales as we prepare to host our matches at home this season. We at Antigua and Barbuda Falcons thank all fans for their support as well as their understanding and cooperation. We therefore encourage everyone to arrive early and also stay updated via our official website and social media platforms.”

The new stipulations have been put in place to ensure visitors to the venue have a seamless experience getting in and out and have an enjoyable time at the ground. Antigua and Barbuda Falcons staff and volunteers will be on hand to assist spectators who have any challenges.

Tickets for the tournament are available Rubis service stations around Antigua and Barbuda as well as at the main ticket booth at the main entrance to the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium. Fans can also purchase tickets online at https://www.cplt20.com/
