Antigua and Barbuda Falcons will be without the services of Fakhar Zaman for the remaining matches in the Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL). The left-handed opener has returned to Pakistan to participate in an event there.
During his time with the Falcons, Fakhar played in all five of the team’s home matches at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium. He was among the tournament’s leading run scorers with 159 runs in five innings at a strike rate of 134.
The Antigua and Barbuda Falcons thank Fakhar for his performances on the field and contributions off the field during his time with the franchise.
The Antigua and Barbuda Falcons will play their sixth first round match on Sunday, September 8 against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. First ball is 10am.
